Profix Maintenance never fail to impress in the 12yrs I’ve used them. He yet again provided an amazing service from the point I reported boiler issue. He came out promptly as promised and resolved my serious blockage to get a temporary solution for my aging my boiler as it was dying (14yrs old). As this was an emergency breakdown having 4 young kids and very frail elderly parents. I was provided with electric heaters in case of any breakdown. Shams did a full diagnostic and provided a forward plan with best solution with a replacement Bosch boiler with accessories and rejigging of pipes to prevent any further issues in the future for all my plumbing and heating needs. Shams was very professional, punctual and tidy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Total wait until replacement was 1 week. Thank you so much. Doing the best job. He was on time (20 mins early, but we’d agreed that in advance), worked very cleanly, was exceptionally sensitive to the situation with my aunt. Also he was very good at explaining what was wrong, and possible solutions and causes before he did any work.

Needed a dishwasher installed, but the job was a little tricky as needed both the pipes to be drilled through walls and into the garage. Great guys, friendly and professional, had a water leak in the back garden i'd been trying to get rectified, hunted around plumbers and no one seemed to want to touch it, SN Plumbing had been recommended by my mother who had seen them recommended through a work group, they came out the same week and completed a top notch repair in only a matter of hours. I recently had an issue with my boiler that stopped working, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. The job required replacing several partsof the boiler, one of which they had to drive all the way to London to get (I live in Oxford). Despite the late hour, they stayed until past 22:30 just to ensure everything was sorted out that same day.
